Job Description & Requirements
Job Duties:
•Responsible for generating new Interactive presentation tools business in government, education, and corporate accounts in targeted market or geographic region.
•Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
•Assist customers with product selection, solution design, and provide technical support for rental and product sales.
•Ability to conduct demo, make phone introduction and follow-ups, and answer e-mail inquiries; verifying and entering information.
•Become technically proficient with all of IClick Inc. products and dedicated to excellent customer service.
•Fills orders by transferring orders to fulfillment; communicating expected delivery date; explaining stock-outs.
•Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.
•Maintains company equipment by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems.
•Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
•Accomplishes individual and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
•Provide sales support as needed to customer and internal IClick Inc employees.
•Installation and training support to customer and internal IClick Inc employees.
•Provide any other support to ensure IClick Inc operates up to standards on a daily basis.
•Meet or exceed individual goals and quota on a monthly basis.
•Accomplishes individual and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
