CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATITVE
• Professionally interact with customers via phone.
• Resolve issues, concerns, or problems stated by the customer
• Send Voice-of-the-Customer feedback to the client to improve customer service and satisfaction.
• Join training and company initiated activities in relation to improving customer satisfaction.
• Candidate should be at least 2nd year college level with or without BPO experience.
• Must possess good problem solving skills and average communication skills in English.
